Jobsite Mobile ("us", "we", or "our") operates (the "site"), subdomains underneath it (the dashboard site), and a corollary Android App, app). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").

Your Contact Information

If you choose to use Jobsite Mobile's services, you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name, username, password, email address, or phone number. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages to that number from us. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services, to market to you, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.

If you choose to use Jobsite Mobile's services, you must provide us with customer information, such as their names, addresses and phone numbers. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to connect your technicians with customers. We remove the data when you cease to use our service

Location Information

We may receive information about your or your technicians' location. We may also determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services, such as viewing the technicians' locations on the Dashboard map.

Device information

We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our Services. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent Services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:

* Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
* Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.
* Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.


Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services such as searching and looking at public user profiles. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer or mobile device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Commerce Services

You may provide your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address (collectively, “Payment Information”), along with your shipping address, to complete a commerce transaction through our Services. To facilitate future purchases, we store your Payment Information (excluding CVV code) and shipping address, which you can remove from your account at any time using your account settings. We consider your Payment Information and shipping address private and do not make such information public. To facilitate order fulfillment, we collect and store information created by your purchases made through our Services (“Transaction Data”). Transaction Data may include the merchant’s name and the date, time, and amount of the transaction.

Phone/Device ID & call information

Our android app accesses your phone dialer, when your technicians using the app to place calls to customers. The app needs to know if the call was completed, in order to return the technician back to the app.


Our android app allows your technicians to receive media files from the site dashboard. Technicians using the android app may also take photos, which are stored on their device, and transmitted to the site dashboard, for use by office staff.
Wi-Fi connection information
Our android app uses the wi-fi connection state to determine whether or not to transmit media files back and forth between the app and the site dashboard.
